 APL Canpack Private Limited was promoted by professional technocrats in 1987 to set up a Blow Moulding unit at Sullurpet in Andhra Pradesh, India to manufacture HM-HDPE plastic jerrycans, barrels, drums and containers for packaging industrial chemicals for the export market.

As one of the first  manufacturers of superior packaging solutions for hazardous chemicals, Canpack quickly grew to service the high-quality packaging needs of the food, chemicals, lubricants and coatings industries.

The company currently manufactures HM-HDPE containers from 10 litre capacity to 100 litre capacity. Production is carried out on sophisticated Automatic Blow Moulding machines.

Containers manufactured by the company conform to IS 6312 and IMDG Code for Dangerous and Hazardous Chemicals.

The Company has been a preferred supplier to Exporter Manufacturers of Hazardous Chemicals and Food Products given its long history of excellence in quality and production standards.

The Company has also undertaken contract manufacturing of Automobile Components for Automobile majors in addition to Custom Design and manufacturing.

 

 Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with state-of-art testing equipment and all our products conform to IS 6312, IMDG and UN Packaging Standards. Additionally we are happy to obtain specific certifications based on client requirements.  

 In addition to routine Weight, Dimension and Drop tests, we carry out Stack Tests, Leak Tests, Strength Tests and Pressure Tests.All raw material is checked to ensure it complies with our strict quality standards.
